How Do You View: How Do I See GOD?
How do you view God?
For many of us, our view of God has quietly been shaped by pain, disappointment, upbringing, culture, success, suffering—or even hurt by a fellow believer.
Some see God as distant.
Some see Him as disappointed.
Others know Him as loving and compassionate.
But yesterday we were reminded of something powerful:
We do not have to guess who God is.
God introduces Himself:
Compassionate. Merciful. Slow to anger. Filled with unfailing love and faithfulness. Holy.
When we see God rightly, it changes how we live.
This week, spend time prayerfully asking:
Lord, show me where my view of You has been shaped by something other than truth.
Read: Exodus 34:6–7
Ask:“Lord, help me see You rightly.”
