Immerse Beginnings: God’s Mission: Relationship with Broken People (Part XIII)

In Numbers 28 and 29, we see daily, weekly, and yearly sacrifices.
Why so often? Because God wanted His people to know they could return to Him—again and again. The sacrifices were described as “a pleasing aroma”—not because God needed them, but because they represented restored relationship.
Through them, God was saying: “I want to be with you. I want to dwell among you.” But these sacrifices were never the end goal. They pointed forward to a day when God Himself would provide the final sacrifice—so relationship could be restored once and for all.

That final sacrifice has a name. His name is Jesus.

Let us join together in prayer:
Lord, use me for Your plan and purpose.
Lead me and guide me.

For in You we live and move and have our being.— Acts 17:28
