God is always at work—preparing His people long before they see what He is doing.
In Numbers, God rescued a nation, ordered their steps, and walked with them through the wilderness. Yet Scripture tells us that many struggled to trust His power and obey His direction.

The prophet Isaiah asks a timeless question: “Who has believed our report and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?” (Isaiah 53:1)

That question still speaks to us today.
We reflect on how God prepares His people, how we often respond, and why faith—not fear—shapes obedience.
As we move toward Christmas, we will also remember that God prepared the world for salvation through Jesus—Emmanuel, God with us.
